The Slot Rocks are a large, rocky cliff area that provides a thrilling end to the Staircase area of the North Face. You can access Slot Rocks from either the handrail of the Staircase, or the Slot. This run is for expert skiers who know where they're going, as falls in the Slot Rocks can result in falls through trees and rocks. The skier's right of slot rocks contains large cliffs and thick trees on steep billy goat terrain. On the skier's left, there are chutes and cliffs in a more open area that offer a easier ways through. Written by Ed Dujardin
