A long shaded chute in the in the Staircase section of the North Face.
Dead Bob's Chute is a long, shaded chute that run's parallel to the Staircase. Despite it's name, Dead Bob's is the tamest way down the mountain in the Staircase section of the mountain. It features no mandatory airs, and doesn't see much sun due to the thick trees on both sides. Access Dead Bob's from the Picture Perfect Glades going right or the Rock N Roll Glades going left. Dead Bob's is bordered the Staircase (technical rock maneuvers required) and Body Bag (large exit air required). The chute dumps you out on the Exit Trail to Black Eagle and the East River Lift.
