Matrimony is a great place to get a few extra pow turns before hitting Mundy's. It doesn't get skied too often, but is only about 200ft. It holds cold snow all the time and usually doesn't have any bumps. Ski Bitter End down past Princess Point and go left, you'll get a few really nice steep turns before hitting the moguls in Mundy's.
