Main gut out of Bridger Gully
Papa Bear is the easiest way out of the Bears area. Early season there can be a couple small drops through the gut, but there are usually ways around these to either side. After a couple storms, Papa Bear becomes a ski through line. It stays out of the sun for most of the year, but sees a moderate amount of traffic, especially off the Goldilocks traverse. There are a few nice ways down the North and South flanks of Papa where you can link a couple small drops and find preserved powder. You'll run out into the 3 Bears Bowl. Head fall line through Bridger Gully or out the Goldilocks traverse around the corner to the third large open area to access this zone. Written by Matthew Shortland
