Short crossing between 2 slopes where not many skills are required.
A gentle shortcut between 2 slopes to avoid some traffic and get the chance to do a few turns close to some trees. This area often has good snow as it is over 1700 meters. It's NW facing so it can be icy early in the morning. Other than potential ice and the trees, there is not much danger in this area - avalanche risk is virtually non-existent. Remember you will rejoin the red slope "La Perdrix Blanches", which is often busy because it provides access to the chairlifts "Les combes" and "Cornebois" and the "Queysets" ski lift.
