Pointe de Recon line
Backcountry Skiing Route
Details
0.72 mi
323 ft
A small shortcut where some fresh snow can be found with 5 minutes walking.
Another easy access line - turn left on top of "Braitaz" chairlift and walk for about 100 meters on the little ridge upper than green slope " Marmotte". The line is not steep with a 35 degrees as maximum gradient, and can feel gentle, however avalanche risk is pretty high due to the proximity of the right summit about 1800 meters high, navigation is really easy as red slope "Djeu des Têtes" is 100 meters below the line finishes on this piste which leads back to Torgon ski area.
