The normal way to the hut
Refuge Quintino Sella in located in the most spectacular spot in Monte Rosa. From here you have a wonderful 360 degree view of the southern side of these enormous mountains. Furthermore reaching it it's quite an adventure itself. You start with your skins on from Bettaforca following the SE ridge, then you follow an easy but breathtaking via ferrata that ends just in front of the hut. Quintino Sella is the perfect place where to spend a night before ascents such as Lyskamm, Pollux and Castor. It is also a wonderful excursion just to reach the refuge have lunch and go back.
