From the start at Wright Avenue, head west along Riverside and through the underpass at the Invergowrie/Perth Road junction.
Cross onto the left hand side of Perth Road and head along to the bottom of Tom McDonald Avenue.
Head up the right hand side of Tom McDonald Avenue towards A&E and cross just after the mini roundabout where the path ends.
Continue to head uphill on the left hand side until you reach the GP practice.
At the barrier to the GP practice there is a footpath through the trees to follow up onto Charleston Drive.
Cross over onto the right hand side of Charleston Drive and follow it round to Dickson Avenue.
Turn right onto Dickson Avenue, up past Menzieshill Community Centre and past the Spar.
Follow Dickson Avenue all the way along to the top of Ninewells Avenue.
Descend Ninewells Avenue all the way down on the right hand side, using the high footbridge to go over Ninewells Drive (turn left when coming off of the bridge to continue down Ninewells Avenue).
Head through the underpass at the Invergowrie/Perth Road junction and back to the finish at Wright Avenue.
Cross onto the left hand side of Perth Road and head along to the bottom of Tom McDonald Avenue.
Head up the right hand side of Tom McDonald Avenue towards A&E and cross just after the mini roundabout where the path ends.
