Adventure by train!
Get the train to Hope then head straight up onto Win Hill. From here head up onto Kinder via Crookstone Moor and handrail the southern edge until the descent down into Edale via Grindsbrook Clough (or earlier via Ringing Roger for something a little kinder on the knees). Grab a cake in the Penny Pot cafe whilst you wait for the train home.
