Classic ski tour in Salzburgerland
A real classic ski tour with the potential for awesome powder runs on the way down.
Being only 600m of ascent, this is a great tour to do before or after work.
On a clear day, you're rewarded with stunning views of St Gilgen, Wolfgangsee and even as far as the Dachstein glacier and beyond.
This route starts at the Tiefbrunnauer parking, but it's also possible to tour up from the St Gilgen side, adding a few hundred metres more to your ascent.
At certain periods in the season, the Franzl´s Hütte at the top will be open.
