Ulverston Triathlon Run Route

The 5.8k run is largely road based with a small section of canal towpath. It is relatively flat and is only one loop. You will start by heading out down quiet country lanes until you pass GlaxoSmithKline and reach the coast at the Bay Horse Hotel (possibly the windiest spot on the course). If you don’t get blown away, from here you will join the canal towpath for a short while, before crossing the canal and returning back to the finish line via the country lanes.
