The Parbold Duathlon is situated in the rolling Lancashire countryside and based from a pub! It has become a North West classic on many a calendar and is one of our oldest and most popular events. The event is limited to only 150 competitors and, as a demonstration of its popularity, it always fills well in advance of the closing date.
Both run sections are identical. They are 3.2 miles in length, consisting of 2 laps of a 1.6 mile course. The run is undulating and it takes place entirely on rural roads.
