Head down knowsley road and turn right up dunriding lane. Carry on into town to the asda roundabout. At a safe point cross over the road and run up past direct sports to the YMCA.
Cross over and continue up north road and down past victoria park.
Turn left along bishops road tot he end.
Turn right up greenfield road to the top before crossing the road and running down kiln lane past the gerard.
Turn left up alder hey road up to knowsley road, the turn right and head back to the griffin.
Its a tough one but you can do it!
