- Meeting is in the park opposite the Endeavour Coffee & Ice Cream, 3/2-4 Prince Charles Parade, Kurnell.
There's plenty of free parking here, and we can get food and coffee at the cafe after the run
- The course is coastal with plenty of ocean views.
- Safety first: this course is stunningly beautiful, and at some points runs along cliff tops near the ocean. While it is safe at all points please respect the course and keep a safe distance away from cliff tops when course runs by them.
- Doughboy Head is roughly 8.5km in. You'll know it when you get there, it's a bunch of beautiful rock pools and it becomes very hard to proceed further along that path as it's right on the water.
