Lough Nafooey to Glassillaun

Mostly on quiet roads - about 2.5 miles follows the Western Way walking trail in order to avoid the busy N59 road. (This also adds 200 feet of climb - but worth it for the quiet and the views!) As shown it starts in the Lough Nafooey valley, beyond the Western end of the Lough itself. The total distance is 17.3 miles. It finishes at the spectacular Glassillaun beach, where a few more miles can be added if needed! :-)
