Quite flat to Abergavenny, then a bit climb (~1600') up through Llantony and down into Hay. Along to Talgarth, then climb up out (~600') down the other side and up into Bwlch (~350', very steep). Drop down into Llangynidr and make the second real climb (~1300'). Right to the top, then double back and head down into Llangattock. And probably across the river to Crickhowell for lunch. Then a fairly flat few miles to the base of the Tumble (~1100') and down hill all the way back!
