1. Start from Lismore Street and run to suspension bridge in Rickerby park along the river towards the Sands.
2. To a full loop of Bitts park and over Eden Bridge to Kingmoor woods.
3. Run through Kingmoor Woods to the Abbetoire (sorry).
4. Through Kingstown Ind Estate onto Scotland Road.
5. Run upto junction 44 and over the roundabout and head down towards Houghton Garden Centre.
6. Turn before then and run through Houghton.
7. At Whiteclosegate run onto Longlands Road and over the field at the back that takes you back into rickerby park.
8. Turn left in Rickerby Park and do the Linstock Loop running to the roundabout and back along Brampton road to the Chinese Gardens.
9. Round through Chinese Gardens down on the the river path and follow the path back to the suspension bridge.
10. Go down St.aidans road, Warwick Road and head up to junction 42 (tesco).
11. Go over the roundabout and take the next junction to Scotby village.
12. Run part way through Scotby village and turn right before the bridge. The road that takes you to Botcherby.
13. Carry on that road until you get back onto Warwick road and back home.
