Birgitzköpfl
The Birgitzköpfl is located in the Stubaier Alps, close to the Axamer Lizum skiing area. This is probably the easiest ski tour you could find in the Innsbruck surroundings and - given the short distance from town - on weekdays is often the destination of many skiers who want to move their legs after a full day in the office and enjoy dinner at the hut before then skiing down the mellow and flat slopes with the help of their headlamps....

KaiserBahn Trees
For sun, fun terrain and stress-free laps, this is where you need to head. The terrain skier's right of the KaiserBahn lift line is excellent and despite facing south, the high altitude of this route means that it often holds good snow for several days after a storm....
14
HochAlterBahn
As you are riding the HochAlterBahn chairlift you will see that the terrain below you has minimal features to worry about, and plenty of space for some fun. From Praxmar to Zischgeles (3003m)
This is one of Tyrol’s most loved ski tours because its a relatively straightforward climb up to a 3000m peak with far stretching views at the summit. On the way up there are not many flat sections, but also hardly any steep parts, and it's well travelled (and hence the skin track is always set and easy to follow) so it attracts a lot of ski mountaineers, experienced and novice alike....
16
Pfoner Kreuzjöchl
If sun, epic views and reliable snow all sound like your version of fun, you'll enjoy this tour. In really cold temperatures, this tour is a really good option because you'll be bathed in sun for virtually the whole day but the snow quality can be great as well....
