I have been busy (puppies in media)

Whee, I rolled along, feeling like a boss,
Two point eight kilometers, no sweat, no loss.
Ten minutes fifty-seven, a casual glide,
Elevation gain? Nine meters, a gentle stride.

Heart rate at 135, oh the thrill,
Maximum speed? Thirty point four, standing still!
Strava, my friend, you flatter me so,
But this "workout" was just a leisurely stroll, you know.
