Abbsfit circuits - mat work

Hail and very cold at the start 🌧🥶 but once got going warmed up. Walked water stations as water in cups 💚
All going far too well until the last 3 miles which were painful to say the least. (Dug deep, very deep). 
Chuffed with my time though and never EVER doing a marathon again 😂 and lol to my training forecast!!
