It’s a dog named Cedric’s life, easy negative split run on the treadmill, still effected by the right hip flexor
Cedric & I take our 2nd outing joining part of Chris’s walk, visit Linda, then a quick spin around the island
Walter, Gary, Danny, and I play nicely on Lincer, SOB, Bold Ye Go, Doe hammock, Bridge, & Red Trail back
