There we go! Official time 1:01:10. Felt like if I had a good day I had maybe a PR in me but my legs have been super fatigued lately. Didn’t want to get too greedy so figured I’d shoot for 6:05s or do and managed to do just about that! Started worrying after 4 miles or so that I was gonna fall apart about to have a long way back but managed to hold it together. Focused on getting through 5 miles and then 10k (faster split than the 10k 2 weeks ago!) and then focused on fighting for miles 7 and 8 at whatever pace happened before closing hard. 

Ran the race quite a bit fast than last year and yet still ran completely alone and finished one place lower (3rd).
