Great Day in the mountains! Nice to have the pack I carried on my PCT Thruhike-HMG 2400 Junction on my back again. That smell is strong tho🤣 creeping death fog never lifted but there were moments the sun tried to break through. Winter has its grip on this gigantic massif. Shin deep leaves in places. Challenging to keep a good pace because they are slick. I love a good challenge 😉 Hiked to Thunderhead Mtn then turned back to return to Fontana. Beautiful sunset ridgeline walk at the end😍
