Really happy with my effort this time round and I fixed all my mistakes from my last two attempts. I had a pretty gnarly stack just after 13k, so was treating that with my wet buff whilst trying to maintain pace. Started getting dizzy on the last climb to Katoomba Airstrip and right after the 19k mark, my stomach booted up about half my nutrition/hydration. These were the factors that inhibited me from achieving the overall FKT, but regardless I am content with my effort and really proud to have shaved off 35 mins from my last attempt.
