Morning Run

Bit of everything thrown at us today! 
Starting at the top of the Volcano, we had a wets and slippery descent before 3hrs of crazy rain and wind. I crashed at the turn and came down hard on my hip and elbow. Back up and into it, then to puncture in the busy town of Hilo 😆. Many red lights to stop at, and into the massive climb up to Waimea before an epic descent back down to the final climb to Hawi. 

Honest riding with 2600m elevation gain. 

Time to ‘freshen up’ before tomorrows jog 😅
