Interval training!

It was a very good season!

Many many second places, many podiums in category master30. One win overall in elite. Improved a lot in the downhills. 

No bad luck at all in races (no flat tires, no falls or other mechanical problems). No sickness until the very last part of the season (which was a pity because I wanted to have a peak in November, but with the win in October it's not a big deal).

I learned that it's better to focus on one sport and not more (trying to do well in the road gran Fondo la Marmotte is difficult if I trained all year on the MTB).

Enjoyed 2023 :)

Time to make plans for 2024....
