11 miles in Cheseboro.  Originally planned on doing 12, but the kicking intensive swim workout combined with my run yesterday had my legs a bit fatigued.  Took the run nice and relaxed, which means normal in Chesebro.  Last 3 miles were unintentionally fast because the footing is really good and the path is straight and slightly downhill.  In all a good run, but my legs are pretty sore and tight after the past couple of days.
