Afternoon Weight Training

On the way back south after Taupo 70.3. Be rude not to do a Central plateau run! :D 
First time doing the Northern Circuit. Slow and steady. Very little nutrition with me (cookie time and jelly beans!). Great to take the Fastest time and crowns. - Would be great to come back and give this one a faster FKT attempt on fresh legs and with some proper nutrition. 
Really Stunning and varied route; from volcanic moonscapes, desert, forest, colorful lakes, river beds, some really technical, some super runnable. Lots to keep you entertained :)
