Probably left about 3 min on the table from some little mistakes. Forgot to double tie my shoes. So of course 14 min in my shoe came un tied. So stoped to tie that. Decided to go with hiking poles. This was good over all but putting them back In my pack while running down hill was tricky and fumbled a bit with that. Also I thought nature 💩 was calling on the decent. Nope. Just my body playing tricks on me. So that was a little time lost for that pointless stop. Also my phone almost emergency called my wife randomly. So I had to pull it out and cancel that call and text her that I was fine. Also probably too way too many photos at the top 🤷🏼‍♂️. . 

Other than that went well. The top by far is the hardest part since the trail is not well maintained being so for out there. Definitely got some scrapes from some bushes and near face plants. But the views! Shoot so nice! 🐳
