An amazing day which involved a great team of cycling Sherpas, most of whom completed a half Everest and gave up their day. Special thanks to technical director Andrew G (Garrett) for suggesting the course and getting a support team together  Jake Lay  for cycling Sherpa duties. Shayne Kirby  the cycling Sherpa and general gopher duties.  Carl Simmons  the legend who set up base camp, soigneur and kept the positivity going all day. Dan Johnson  who rode the last two laps with me. Special thanks to their partners who also came out and joined the party at base camp and made a lot of noise. The Seymour-Broadford cycling club and Euroa cycling club members made it a memorable day.
