Birthday miles 🥳 Needed 37 on the day and all I really wanted was my first fkt so this route seemed like a good fit. Haven’t been feeling very recovered since TN Mile so I wasn’t sure how this would go but I’m pretty happy with it. Took a few hours off the original fkt. There’s still some opportunity here for someone but hopefully it stands at least long enough to be verified 😅 Short cool down after to round out to 37
