1) The title doesn't quite work because I'm incorrectly using palliative as a synonym for elderly (but the alliteration was right there)
2) I feel a bit rude because we rode a massive 50km!

It was a great time with my grandad and his cycling group, same as on Tuesday. Today we rode the Darebin Creek Trail, which was lovely. 
Once again a leisurely pace, but a big distance. And as ever I was able to ride hard to and from my Grandfather's in Kew, whence we rode along the trail.
Biggest ride yet - yay
