The sand bagging events of all sand bagging events. I went hard though, tucked in behind for the first 800m or so then started to keep the front runners honest by pushing the pace. Legs couldn't hold it though and started to fade by half way. Not surprised given second work out for the day with the first one being a VK. Super hot but good to have a lung buster out there with the team.
