Kind of a weird one. Planned on a hundred but lost the will about three hours in. The coffee stop in Decatur kind of brought my legs back to life though, and I decided to take advantage of the tailwind and hit it on the way back to Denton. (Was also kind of a bargain with myself to just get the intensity in today and take it easy the rest of the weekend)

The effort felt surprisingly solid for how flat/unmotivated I was feeling rolling into the coffee stop. Definitely surgey in the first half, just trying to hold speed through the rollers as opposed to holding power. Pretty stoked. One hour power PR.

Lower back not 100 but not a major issue.
