More zone 2. I was out rather late last night so this is not exactly my best performance. It is nowhere near as warm as the weather app says it’s supposed to be but I had enough layers on that it wasn’t so bad. The wind on the bike path section is still very annoying but I got over it. This is the first time I’ve doubled the big rides in a long time and I have to say, I’m pretty happy with how it went. This is the best I’ve ever felt at the end of 3-4 hour rides like these so clearly there’s some form of improvement happening. One more day with nice weather and then there’s going to be another snowstorm and freezing again for two straight weeks. I’ll have to go back on Zwift… For now I’m glad I got to enjoy the little break from winter while it lasted. Spring will be here soon… 😁
