3:45 is so close. Dreaming of 3:30.

Took off from Wolf Pit, deliberately letting off the gas for the climb and all of the chimneys to Table Rock so I could save the legs. At some point, I took a big digger on the trail and busted up my knee ~4 miles in. 

Once I tagged Table Rock Summit, I worked my way down to the river, getting there shy of 1:45. I had a bit of a harrowing experience through the river and almost lost a bottle twice. Once recovered, I started on the wildy trail. There weren't too many downed trees, and conditions were good, so I could run steady. 

Once past the flats, I started working uphill. Left a little time on the climb, probably. I ran down the hill and to the wolf pit climb. From there, I put my head down and cranked out the last few miles, ending up at the Trailhead in 3:52, about 6 minutes faster than the previous record.
