The trails were very angry that day

Wanted to race this weekend in Albany but too busy of week, then wanted to go out and do a five minute power test and dropped my chain up the climb I wanted to try it on then just couldn't really dig deep then the climb I chose ended up being about 4 minutes. But I kept my goal of 6.4 watts per kilo for 4:06 and think I can do it for five on the right hill. Then on way in took a quick turn to rip the segment up Montrose turnpike and did 10.2 w/k up that for a minute. Good goals for the next couple months as I think I'll be too busy to travel to any races. Good ride with aj I didn't think I would get out today at all!
