Target today was to try to reach Puncak from Bogor without riding the usual boring Jalan Raya Puncak. Mission accomplished 95%. Only the last 2 km were unavoidable. But it is a very tough route. A lot of additional D+ and a few very steep segments.
Some shitty roads too. Potholes fiesta ! One pinch flat today.
Back by Puncak Pinus and more crappy back roads around Cariu. Great landscapes but got non-stop rain for 5 hours. Floods and muds.
Kind of epic day today.
Took me almost same time to do only 210 km today than what it took me last week to ride 300 km.
