Followed the signposted Great Walk exactly, unlike the race in 3 weeks which takes 5km extra of scenic diversions to make it 50km.
Lovely long run, felt strong and relaxed.
Hoping it would be cool after rain last night but still warm-ish. Sun really came out at the steepest climb at 39km which hurt but I finished it off well. Just missed sub 4hrs 😂
Straight into Coachwood Pool after 🏊‍♂️
Went clockwise starting at bottom of Coachwood Drive to do the longer climbs first.
Average power 266w (74% of CP). 
3 x PH 30 Gels (one with caffeine), 3 x 500ml Trail Brew, half a caffeine Cliff Block
Overall, very happy with this training run!
