Grim conditions in the snow and mud, but ultimately it came down to not having it mentally yesterday. 

Started strong and managed to lead at Norton and Keynsham (albeit because James B took a wrong turn 👀), but probably pushed myself a bit hard. Got in my own head and rapidly declined from there.

Had some lovely moments, met some amazing people, AND got to experience Dads David Goggins impression. Along with every other human emotion.
