Best way to watch jams?? From the treadmill

Good day.

~80s improvement over this same race last year. :)

Goal:  6min pace / ~18:40
Race Plan: 6:05, 6:00,5:55
Actual: 6:03,6:01,5:50

This year I was prepared for how hot this race can go out and I was extra careful to chill and stick to an easier first mile.  The whole first 1.5miles was about managing effort and trying to keep as much in the tank as possible for the second half of this race (which has the lovely profile of being all up hill).

While I had hoped to be in better shape by this point in the year, life/work got in the way.  Still, I'm really happy with today, it feels like I ran right at the top of my current fitness level which is all I can really hope for.
