Proud of myself for making the massive step to become a healthier person. My aerobic capacity still has more to heal. The lungs were screaming at me after de portola. They haven't had this much work since I played soccer as a young lil lad. 

Trying to not worry about KOMs so much and am focusing on becoming a more well rounded rider.

Had to get a new front Derailleur, last one was toast! Wasn't able to hold tension even with a new cable.
