Afternoon Run

Flatted and had no sealant despite topping it up last week, then my CO2 head oring came out. 
Lost all of my gels from my hydration pack pockets so only had 4 gels for the whole race and had 3 in the first 2 hours, only one for the last 2.5 hours. 
Lost a bottle full of mix despite buying bottle cages that are reviewed as being too tight so then 1 bottle of water. 
Chased back a few times and felt better after 3 hours but made it pretty hard for myself unfortunately.
