ROUVY - 15 Minute Cool-down

YEAH!! Good for 10th over all and 1st in my age group(44-49)! I got dropped about mile 15 and had to ride alone for about 6 or so....kinda sucked! I got picked up around mile 20-21 and finished with a sprint. I done lost the sprint but only by hundredths of a second! I think I got had though...?? She let me lead her out till like 100M or so. Next time I won't be so gullible! Too much FUN!!
