Passed a guy around 20min into my tempo effort. Several minutes later he blew past me on a climb, so we "raced" for the next 11min until the end of the road. I don't usually play into this stuff but I didn't have a specific number to hit today, the plan was to go by feel and look at the numbers after the ride, so I just went with it. He was strong and pushed me to dig deeper, it was super fun. 😅
