Ran a marathon on my 51st birthday!
Conditions were definitely not ideal with a 65 dewpoint coupled with a 15-20 mph wind out of the south. Decided I was going to back off from my 3:30:00/8:00 pace target to at least 3:36:28/8:15 pace.

But the race went well! I had two small cramps that each took less than 30 seconds to work out but otherwise ran right on target. Miles 22-25 had lots of uphill into the wind and were pretty brutal but still made a chip time of 3:35:10/8:13 pace, beating my goal for the day.

I moved from 164th to 137th overall in the last 4.5 miles and finished 6th out of 61 in my age group!
