After spending time on the FKT website I decided to try one on my neighborhood for my MP workout today.

Should be enough to have the Bassett Creek Trail FKT out and back…until some Robbindale Armstrong kid realizes it’s a thing.

8x .65 @ MP effort, .35 easy jog
Stopped to take a few pics for the FKT website.
