In peak performance stage of training now, need to hold it and give it a razor’s edge for nationals in four weeks. Went to PT today and started on a plan to make sure my shin pain never comes back so I can keep training hard. Went into today’s ride the most rested I’ve been in months, feeling very strong. Covered all atacks, never felt remotely closed to being dropped. Butch  Cassidy and Shawn Lowney had a strong leading break and held off the field. Was wheel surfing the final sprint but Liam Goff went by so fast he put a good 10ft on me by the time I matched his speed 👏🏻 overall a helluva fun ride with some of the strongest around!
