I did the “Snacking Bear“ route, which was the sixty miler, then added a couple more at the end to get my May Gran Fondo. 

 This was TOUGH. A lot of climbing (for me) and there was sand at the bottom of many of the hills, which stole my inertia. 

The gravel up here has about 3/4” stones and lots of sand. Click into the photos to see the captions.
