Shutdown got DC acting up

Did the nooner (feat. Alex Markowski). Was worried I’d lost fitness from yesterday’s rides but I slept ten hours last night and felt great. Even had a sprint at the end (for 4th??) but we all had to shut it down bc there was a slower cyclist in the road ahead. A little less fitness but like nonexistent fatigue so it balanced out. Back on the grind we go.
